The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Qingdao Summit was our first "emergency lighting" project. We were tasked with consulting on their output lighting control system software and technology.

HUAYI impressively completed the first rehearsal of the summit’s lighting and fireworks show within five days and, within 18 days, carried out inspections, maintenance, and upgrades for the floodlighting control system, fixtures, power distribution boxes, and wiring at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center renovation project.

Throughout the project, Huayi conducted on-site surveys, refined and enhanced the plans, adjusted and tested all circuits in the designated areas, and implemented its self-developed control and testing software. By synchronizing the software with on-site equipment, pipelines, and terminals, Huayi successfully achieved seamless coordination between high- and low-voltage signals. With a one-time successful debugging process, the "Huayi core" was embedded, enabling full remote control of the main venue’s lighting. As a result, the core nightscape lighting of the venue smoothly participated in the scheduled lighting and fireworks rehearsal, meeting both the design specifications and the organizer's expectations.

During the summit, HUAYI successfully synchronized the lighting and fireworks display with precision, creating a breathtaking spectacle that captivated the world.
